Speedpack Express respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information through the public pages and forms on speedpackexpress.com. Internal workforce systems may be covered by separate notices or company policies.
Information we collect
When you request a business account or contact us, we may collect your name, company name, job title, email address, phone number, business address, service needs, expected shipment volume, shipment details, and messages you send.
When you apply for dispatch, billing, office, or driver opportunities, we may collect contact information, a resume, availability, work history, vehicle information, service area, language and communication information, eligibility responses, and other information you choose to provide. Public driver forms may ask whether you can provide work or tax documentation later, but they are not intended to collect Social Security numbers, EINs, driver-license images, banking credentials, or similar sensitive documents.
We and our service providers may automatically receive technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, approximate location derived from IP address, referring page, request time, pages visited, security signals, and diagnostic logs.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, review business-account requests, provide quotes, coordinate courier and logistics services, evaluate applicants, communicate with customers and applicants, prevent spam and abuse, secure our systems, troubleshoot problems, comply with legal obligations, and maintain appropriate business records.
Service providers and disclosures
We do not sell personal information and do not use public-site information for targeted advertising.
We may disclose information to personnel, dispatchers, drivers, contractors, professional advisers, or other parties when reasonably necessary to respond to a request, evaluate an application, provide a requested service, protect rights or safety, enforce agreements, or comply with law.
The public website uses service providers that may process information on our behalf, including GitHub Pages for website hosting, Supabase for authentication, database, and server-side form functions, Formspree for certain form submissions, Google reCAPTCHA for spam prevention, Google Fonts, content-delivery networks used to load website software, and email or communications providers used to respond to requests. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Cookies and browser storage
The public website may use cookies, local storage, session storage, or similar browser technologies that are necessary for login, security, spam prevention, preferences, and reliable website operation. Google reCAPTCHA and authentication services may also place or read cookies or similar identifiers.
At the time of this update, the public website does not use advertising pixels or behavioral advertising. If we later add nonessential analytics or advertising technologies, we will update this policy and add any consent controls required by applicable law. You can limit cookies through your browser settings, although doing so may affect login, forms, or other website features.
Data retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to inquiries, providing services, evaluating applicants, maintaining operational and accounting records, preventing abuse, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and complying with law. Retention periods vary by record type and business need. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it.
Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No website, email, storage system, or electronic transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not submit highly sensitive information through a public website form unless the form specifically requests it and you have confirmed that it is appropriate to do so.
Your choices and requests
You may contact us to ask about personal information associated with a public website submission or to request access, correction, or deletion where required by applicable law and reasonably verifiable. We may need to confirm your identity before completing a request, and some information may need to be retained for legal, security, accounting, or legitimate business reasons.
You may opt out of nonessential communications by using the instructions in the message or contacting us. Service-related or application-related communications may continue while a request or application is active.
Children’s privacy
The public website is intended for business customers and adult applicants. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Third-party links
The website may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are controlled by those third parties, not Speedpack Express.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our website, services, or legal obligations change. The current version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
